I wish that I had sound with the pictues. As I pulled up, a deer ran into the woods. The creek that borders the property was rippling over rocks. The birds were chirping. A very peaceful & tranquil property. There is a site cleared for a home; tap is already in the water line for a meter. The back side has several gravel camp pads and a picnic shelter. There are steps to walk into the river, which borders on one part. Because of the river, a small part is in the flood zone.
